Screen Printing
The process of screen printing begins with an idea for a graphic. We then take your idea and create printable artwork (you may provide your own artwork in .cdr, .eps, .ai format, or send us a .jpg file at 300 dpi sized for printing). Artwork is printed onto a stencil, which is then "burned" onto a screen. Each color requires it's own screen. The job is then set up, and the shirts are printed. Once the job is completed, the screens are removed, inks cleaned out of screens, and the screens are reclaimed for future prints.
Due to the costs of stencils, screens, set-up, tear down, and the reclamation of screens, all jobs with less than 36 pieces may incur a $20.00 set-up fee and a $8.00 per color screen charge.
Our normal production time is 7-10 days. If you require a rush job, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, during peak seasons, this may not be possible. Rush jobs incur a 30-50% surcharge depending on how quick you need it!
To calculate a price for printing, price an item from our catalog. Decide how many colors are in your design and how many locations you are going to print. Add the price of the shirt and the print costs. Add 8.5% sales tax and figure in freight. For example, if you wanted a Gildan 2000 black shirt (go to catalog for pricing) with a one color left chest design, and a 3 color back design, and you wanted 36 shirts, price would be as follows: $4.68(shirt) + $1.35(left chest one color design) + $2.00(3 color back design)= $8.03 X 8.5%(sales tax) = $8.72 per shirt plus freight.

Towels, Infant, Shorts: Add $.30 per piece
Sweats: Add $.25 per piece

Sleeve, Leg or Butt print: Add $.25 per piece
Stretch Additive: Add $.25 per piece
Metallic, Puff, Glitter: Add $.50 per piece, plus add one color to design
