Embroidery
To embroider a design, the artwork must first be converted to stitches. This is called digitizing. The more intricate the design, the more time required to digitize. We may "tweak" a design two or three times before we are happy with the finished product. Unlike screen printing, the number of colors does not affect the price. Embroidery pricing is based on the number of stitches in a design. Most left chest designs contain between 5000-10,000 stitches.
We also do custom applique work. An applique is a process of cutting designs or letters out of a particular fabric, say, polka dots, and stitching the "polka dot" letters or design to a shirt or dress. Call 1-877-256-9713 for pricing details.
To figure pricing, price an item from our catalog. Add the price of the design below and add 8.5% sales tax. For example, if you wanted a left chest design on 5 Gildan 2000 black tshirts, and the design has 12,200 stitches, price would be as follows: $4.38(tshirt) + $10.40(embroidery-$8.00 + $2.40 for additional stitches) = $14.78 X 8.5% = $16.04 per shirt plus freight.

Personalization: One line $5.50, two lines $7.00
Hat backs: $3.00 per piece, typeset only-no designs
